Also, questions and answers from the pre-bid meeting held on August 22nd, 2019 through August 30th, 2019 are attached for your information in preparing your proposal. Clarifications: On page 160 of the Solicitation Clauses Volume II Business and Price Proposal Format E. (1) it indicates 1 hard copy and 1 flash drive to be submitted for proposal submission. Only one (1) flash drive is required that was specified on the SF1442 page 1 under number 6).
