This contract will provide native seed collection and delivery to facilitate the restoration of native vegetation along roadsides disturbed by road repair, construction activities, and invasive species along the Main Park Road at Petrified Forest National Park (PEFO). The road repair and construction is projected to take place from 2020 to 2022 with approximately 6 acres of disturbance anticipated along the Main Park Road. Disturbances along the road will be addressed by removal and treatment on non-native plant species and seeding in-part with the cleaned wildland collected seed provided from this contract.
