The Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (GLCA) requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and services to install a concrete pad per the attached statement of work. The project budget is less than $25,000.00, with a note that quotes over $35,000.00 will require a Payment Bond under FAR 52.228-13. Performance of services will take place at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses and is a construction contract.
