The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates the award of one Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) to supply, delivery and offload road cinders at the South Rim. Quantity and Delivery will be specified in each individual BPA call. Exact locations stated in the attached Statement of Work. See attached specification for details on the requirement. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; follow all instructions to submit a quote by the date and time set forth in this solicitation. All quotes must be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted electronically no later than January 6, 2026 by 10:00am Mountain Time to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov. A consolidated list of Government responses will be posted via amendment to this RFQ.
