Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument (ORPI) requires the installation of a 30' communications tower (already purchased). Necessary components of the project include excavation and pouring of a concrete foundation, assembly and erection of the tower and the installation of appropriate grounding hardware. See attached specifications for additional details. AMENDMENT 0001 issued to provide Government responses to questions received. Must acknowledge amendment with quote package. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. A site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2025 at 10:00am ARIZONA TIME. Meet at the ORPI Visitor Center. Questions are due electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@gmail.com no later than 3 calendar days after the scheduled site visit. Follow all instructions in the solicitation to submit a quote. IAW FAR clause 52.228-13, Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000.00 requires the submission of a Payment Bonds. Bonds are due within ten (10) days of receipt of award.
