The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates award on one Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) to supply and deliver Custodial Bath Tissue to the North and South Rims. The Custodial Bath Tissue is a Brand Name Requirement for the South Rim. See attached supporting documents for the specifications and additional details. AMEDNMENT 0001 posted to incorporate Government responses to questions received and extend due date. Anticipated Period of Performance is five (5) year ordering period from 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2030. Actual period of performance will be determined at award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; follow all instruction to submit a quote by the due date and time set forth in this solicitation. All quotes will be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted electronically no later than August 4, 2025 by 10:00am MD to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov. A consolidated list of Government responses to any questions received will be posted as an amendment to this RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and is being conducted as a supply.
