Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Synopsis: The National Park Service, Arizona MABO, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for 2024 Backflow Testing for Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA). This procurement action is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business aside in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. The NAICS code is 221310, with a size standard of $41 million. This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. Evaluation of interested firms will be based on the following in the Solicitation: 1) Price 2) Technical 3) Prior experience The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1449), Statement of Work and other attachments as required.
