The Department of Interior, National Park Service (NPS), Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office requires improvements to the South Rim Reclaimed Water Line Rehabilitation beginning at the South Rim WWTP and ending at the school water tank which includes: initial pipe system diagnosis CCTV inspection, pipe cleaning, saw cutting & removing existing 6-inch ductile iron pipe and installing CIPP, remove and install 6-inch gate valve with mechanical joint restraints, repairing identified pipe, and patching identified asphalt. The project is expected to be completed not later than 240 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. This requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. The small business size standard, applicable to this project is $39.5 million. Bids will be accepted from all responsive and responsible businesses. We anticipate issuing an Request for Proposal (RFP) approximately on 21 June 2022 at www.sam.gov., but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. To take advantage of business opportunities with the National Park Service and the Department of the Interior (DOI) you must register your firm with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. NPS intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
