Synopsis: The Department of Interior, National Park Service (NPS), Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office requires improvements the North Rim WWTP, that includes instrumentation upgrades, valve replacements, safety upgrades, roof structure with lighting, comminutor re-purposing, and pump replacements. The project is expected to be completed not later than 300 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. This requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside request for proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. The small business size standard, applicable to this project is $39.5 million. Proposals will be accepted from all responsive and responsible businesses. We anticipate issuing an Request for Proposal (RFP) approximately on 21 June 2022 at www.sam.gov, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. To take advantage of business opportunities with the National Park Service and the Department of the Interior (DOI) you must register your firm with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. NPS intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00
