Reservoir Inspection & Cleaning for Yellowstone National Park Amendment 0001: Questions asked/Response time extended. 1. Are the four steel reservoirs listed in the solicitation of welded or bolted construction? Mostly welded with some hatches and manways being bolted. 2. Do any of the reservoirs or clear wells contain internal baffles? see answer three. 3. If so, does the park have any available plans or blueprints for reference? Currently we have one clear well with baffles. It is the Upper Reservoir at Mammoth. see attached plans. Treated water reservoirs do not contain baffles. 4.Are any accommodations available within the park for vendors? NO. Housing is not offered. Accommodations available in gateway communities. 5. Lastly, we noted that some access roads are listed as unimproved¿are all reservoir sites accessible by 4WD vehicle? Yes sites are accessible with normal 4WD.
