DURATION: The contract performance period is start within 10 days of the NTP and by October 25, 2024. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING OFFER: Refer to Section L and M. The contractor agrees that they will follow the specifications provided. Offer shall be submitted via email. A detailed breakdown of the offeror's proposal price (e.g., labor, materials, profit, overhead, and other pricing elements) may be requested by the Contracting Officer during the evaluation and pre-award process to support a fair market value award.
