Sources Sought Announcement and Request for Information (RFI) The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting market research to determine the interest and capability of contractors for a possible upcoming project. Work would consist of the supply, transport and delivery of chip seal oil and pavement sealer for Yellowstone National Park. The DRAFT Statement of Work and Industry Survey are attached to this announcement. This need is anticipated to be supported through a Five (5) Year IDIQ Contract. The Base Ordering Period would begin in FY25. Additional Ordering Periods could occur through FY30. The anticipated applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 324121. Please return DRAFT Statement of Work comments (if applicable), response(s) to the industry survey, and your entity's information. Limit any capability statements to 4 pages or less. Ensure your entity's UEI, similar past project experience, etc. are included in the capability statement or in the provided entity information.
