The basic requirements of this construction include the following scope items: -Demolition of guard rail and adjacent asphalt. -Excavation and Grading -Tree Removal -Site preparation -Landscape preparation (soil ripping and topsoil spreading) and reclamation of user created hiking trails -Installation of a poured in place concrete boat ramp -Asphalt Paving and striping for vehicular access road and parking areas -Installation of decorative concrete paving and concrete curbing -Installation of site appurtenances including signage, exhibit footings, fencing, bike racks, picnic tables, and benches -Construction of a 700 SF flushing restroom building. -Rip Rap and boulder placement -Slope Stabilization -Assistance to 3rd party masonry contractor to include heavy equipment and operator that will include transportation, placement, and disposal of boulders and palletized stone Location of Work: Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming, USA Type of Procurement: A negotiated firm-fixed contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation.
