Grand Teton National Park - 4 Lazy F Ranch Stabilization The project is located within Grand Teton National Park (GRTE), Moose, WY. The work will consist of the Contractor, in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation/contract, providing all labor, supervision, materials (unless specified elsewhere in this Scope of Work), tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, vehicles, and other items, services and incidentals necessary to perform the specified Barn roof repairs at the 4 Lazy F Ranch in GRTE. All work required by the project documents to complete the work successfully and satisfactorily in its entirety, will be performed by the Contractor, to include minor items/services that may not be specifically mentioned in the project documents. Estimated Price Range: The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: The associated NAICS code is 238130 and the small business size standard is $19M. Notice: This project is set aside 100% for small business concerns. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package. The period of performance will be per FAR 52.211-10. The work will be completed, and the entire work will be ready for use not later than 60 days after NTP. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 9am Mountain Time. Participants will meet at 4 Lazy F Dude Ranch BARN, Moose, WY 83012.
