The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting quotes from firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on the SAM.gov website. The entire solicitation package will be available in Adobe PDF. Paper copies of the solicitation when issued will not be made available. Vendors can search for opportunities and award history on SAM.gov without registering. The SAM.gov website has an Interested Vendors List and a Watch list where you can add your company's interest. Registering provides the opportunity to receive notifications; this is a tool of convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification. Interested vendors and plan holders are asked to register for this project at the website to ensure they are notified of amendments and other changes to the synopsis or solicitation documents. This pre-solicitation announcement is not a solicitation document, but pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your quote will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after the date listed below. The System for Award Management (SAM) is an on-line Internet system. Using SAM, a contractor can enter their Reps and Certs information once for use on all Federal contracts. This site benefits the contractor by allowing them to maintain an accurate and complete record. The SAM site can be found by going to http://www.sam.gov. You are required to have a UEI number and an active registration in SAM, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Solicitation Proposed Issue Date: Estimated issuance on or after July 14, 2023. Title of Project: GRTE CTDVC & LSR 5-year Maintenance Services, Grand Teton National Park Description: The NPS requires a firm-fixed price with time and materials for unplanned maintenance for a base and 4 option periods for facility maintenance services and repairs to two visitor centers in Grand Teton National Park. This is a commercial service contract to provide facility maintenance and repair services at two visitor centers located at Grand Teton National Park, Moose, Wyoming. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Facilities Maintenance and Repair Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specifically identified as government furnished property, material equipment or services elsewhere in this PWS. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Room for storage of bench stock items shall be made available for small items. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to clearly mark and secure their items stored, or to provide a secure area for storage. This contract provides for facilities maintenance and repair services to the interior and exterior portions of two visitor centers and three small composting restroom buildings. The purpose of the contract is to provide a consistent and thorough level of inspection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repair to provide a safe, reliable and comfortable working environment for staff and visitors to the facilities. To meet this goal, close coordination is required between the Contractor and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to efficiently provide maintenance services while minimizing disruptions to operations within the facilities. Pricing: Preventative maintenance will be priced per year/per visitor center and may be billed monthly. Minimal time and materials for unplanned maintenance under the following labor and supply categories: Provide Parts and Materials Electrician Maintenance and Repair Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Locksmith / Door Maintenance and Repair HVAC Maintenance and Repair General Labor Audio Video specialist Location of Work: Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming, USA Type of Procurement: A firm-fixed with time and materials for unplanned maintenance option year contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation. The government will evaluate quotes in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2(b) evaluation will be conducting by comparative evaluation of offerors. Time for contract completion: The period of performance for the base year will start on approximately 1 November 2023 and be completed by approximately 31 October 2024. This procurement is being solicited as total Small Business (SB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15). The small business size standard for NAICS 561210 is $47 million.
