Synopsis: This sources sought, in accordance with FAR Part 10, is to conduct Market Research on Industry Capabilities in providing various fuel types for the Department of Interior, National Park Service, at Yellowstone National Park. Scope: The contractor shall supply and deliver the following fuels at multiple locations throughout the park: Diesel #1 Diesel #2 Fuel Red Dye Heating Oil Unleaded #7 Octane NAICS Code - The proposed NAICS Code for this action is 324110 Petroleum Refineries with a size standard of 1,500 employees. How to Respond This is a Sources Sought ONLY. The synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited; no basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided other then market research. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business, 8(a), or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate based on the responses for this notice. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) firm-fixed price contract. The total contract period: June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement.
