Grand Teton National Park - Biodiesel Amendment 0001: Maximum value of contract changed to $249,000.00. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1422Q0035. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to include a one year ordering period for biodiesel per the specifications. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity firm-fixed price contract. The maximum value quantity of this contract is $249,000.00 (total of all orders issued against the awarded contract). The minimum guarantee quantity of $24,000.00 that will satisfy the minimum quantity to be ordered on this contract. This is a small business procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees.
