The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1421Q0075. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to include a base plus four ordering years for 2,440 mm and 3,040 mm round snow stakes for use with S. Risa as: Stick Set 500 Machine in Yellowstone National Park. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity firm-fixed price contract. The maximum value of this contract if $500,000.00. $60,000.00 will satisfy the minimum guarantee to be ordered on this contract including ordering years.
