The material must be available for pick up between September 20, 2021 and October 14, 2021. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 212321. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Per FAR Part 13.106-2(b) evaluation will be conducting by comparative evaluation of offerors; see the "Award Selection Process" section for more information. All interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management or SAM at time an offer or quotation is submitted.
