This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1421Q0032. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The work will consist of total operation of one year-round and two seasonal Government-owned medical clinics to provide ongoing primary, urgent, and community health care to Park and local community residents, employees, and visitors. Patient visits can exceed 7,500 per year. Contractor must provide at 90% of the services to meet patient and community needs, accept a broad range of payment forms, provide pharmaceutical services necessary to support clinic operations and the common needs of patients, provide janitorial services to maintain the clinics, manage medical waste, and related operations.

The National Park Service (NPS) will use information obtained through this sources sought as well as other market research to develop an acquisition strategy.
