This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for the purpose of conducting market research and obtaining industry information only. The National Park Service will use information obtained through this synopsis to develop an acquisition strategy. Proposals are NOT being requested nor accepted at this time. A complete Statement of Work will be provided, and questions will be answered during solicitation of this requirement. Yellowstone National Park requires delivery of a mobile asphalt plant and materials to mix 7,800 tons minimum, not to exceed 8,300 tons of Superpave PG58-34 asphalt mix. (asphalt concrete aggregate, oil/anti-strip, mixing). The plant shall be delivered to the Norris Junction Pit approximately 22 miles south of Mammoth Hot Springs, Wyoming.
