Grand Teton National Park - Propane This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1421Q0019. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to include a five year ordering period for propane per the PWS. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity firm-fixed price contract. The maximum value quantity of this contract is 300,000 gallons. The minimum guarantee quantity is 5,000 gallons that will satisfy the minimum quantity to be ordered on this contract. This is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. Amendment 1 - adds Q&A, site visit notes, a revised award selection process, a revised price schedule, and extends the due date.
