The primary work of this contract will include, installation of a well house, water lines, wells, sewer lines, as well as demolition of existing components. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This procurement is being solicited as Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside. BONDS: Required as stated in Block 12. Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of contract award amount. NAICS CODE: 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is start within 10 days of the NTP and complete by July 1, 2022. SITE VISIT: See FAR 52.236-27 for additional information. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package.
