Road Striping IDIQ, Yellowstone National Park GENERAL: The National Park Service, Intermountain Region (NPS-IMR), Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office (NR MABO), is soliciting for road striping in Yellowstone National Park. PROJECT SCOPE AND LOCATIONS: The NPS-IMR intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award the striping of roadways, intersections, and parking areas throughout Yellowstone National Park. All striping work shall be in accordance with current Manual Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) standards. This is a construction requirement in accordance with the definition of FAR 2.101: ¿Construction¿ means construction, alteration, or repair (including dredging, excavating, and painting) of buildings, structures, or other real property. For purposes of this definition, the terms ¿buildings, structures, or other real property¿ include, but are not limited to, improvements of all types, such as bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, cemeteries, pumping stations, railways, airport facilities, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, canals, and channels. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The estimated period of performance for this requirement is May 15, 2020 to May 14, 2025 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 SET ASIDE: This acquisition has been set aside for Small Business. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. TENTATIVE DATES: The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about March 9, 2020 (subject to change) and will be open for a period of 30 days. The Request for Proposal will be posted to beta.sam.gov.
