This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format stated in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 12.6, 13.303 and supplemented with additional information. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140P1420Q0042 is issued as Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04, effective 01-15-2020. The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates award of a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation, to the offeror providing the best value to the Government. The proposed agreement is being solicited as a small business set-aside under NAICS code: 238330 and the standard for small business size in millions of dollars is $16.5. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by the National Park Service.
