Response: The requirement is demo on site or remove all units. We are required to recycle as much as possible so we gave the option to remove if possible. Yes, the wash house is in the SOW to remove. The building is all cinder block and concrete and will require demo on site. Question: Page 6 shows Testing for the 24 x 24 washroom, but it is missing as a line item on page 4m also, is the 24 x 24 washroom included in demolition? Is there a line item to bid this? Response: The price schedule was revised to include the wash house. This solicitation is issued to replace 140P1420Q0028 which was cancelled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-04, effective date 01/15/2020. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for demolition, removal and disposal of units in Yellowstone National Park. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm-fixed price contract.
