(To verify there is no materials that contain asbestos) The only location with lead and asbestos surveys complete is the Utah Dorm Yellowstone Lake area. Is navigable access available to each site for equipment and dumpsters during the performance? Navigable access will be available during the Period of Performance The Utah Dorm will not be accessible on the site visit. The Solicitation has numerous pictures of the structure for reference and the Park Service can provide additional information if needed. Please provide specific details on the site/soil rehabilitation once the buildings have been demolished. The only site work required for this project is located at the Mammoth WY YCC area and the Park Service will be performing a complete resurface of this area. The only rehabilitation required for this project is to remove all debris from the site (all locations). Can you please confirm that the reference section of the proposal requirements is only contact information for 3 reference? name, address, phone, email? ¿Yes, name, address, phone and email for 3 references is acceptable. Does the reference section require information regarding past project info, or just contact info on reference for past performance? You may include letters of reference. In reference section it states 2. Customer survey¿s and past performance references. Letters of references, CPARs or contact info and brief description of similar experience. Does this mean if we have previous PPQ¿s or survey¿s we can submit them here? I did not see a Survey to be filled out or PPQ. Yes, letters of reference are also accepted or CPARs. 4) Respond to question from site visit Will asbestos testing for buildings at Mammoth be completed before project bids? Yellowstone has decided to conduct the asbestos testing. This significantly changes the scope. This solicitation, 140P1420Q0028, will be cancelled and resolicited with testing reports once they are complete. There will be a quick response time to stay within current period of performance dates listed in 140P1420Q0028. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-04, effective date 01/15/2020. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for testing, demolition, removal and disposal of units in Yellowstone National Park. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm-fixed price contract.
