This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-01, effective date 11/12/2019. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a base plus two option years for armored vehicle services in Yellowstone National Park. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) firm-fixed price contract.

The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that may be submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought. This Notice is a request by the Government to collect information from companies for the purpose of Market Research. Not providing a response to this Sources Sought will not prohibit/exclude your company from participating in any future solicitations. The National Park Service (NPS), Yellowstone National Park is considering issuing a Request for Proposal for a base plus two option years to pick up and transport sealed or locked shipments containing currency, coins, checks, securities, and other valuables from within the park and depositing the legal tender at a financial institution beginning January 2020.
