Amendment 0003 issued to 140P1420Q0006 for the following: 1) Provide responses to questions received: Can all registers be removed? Yes they can all be removed and then reinstalled. Can we reach roof with extension ladder? They should be able to access the room with an extension ladder if necessary. Are there any high ceiling where we would need a lift? No. Do you have any interior pictures of the housing units? None at this time. Are the units 1 or 2 story? Most units are one story. If there is a two story unit, it's broken up into separate apartments. Each apartment would be on its own level. Amendment 0002 issued to 140P1420Q0006 for the following: 1) Change period of performance dates from June 1 to August 31 to include the months of April, May, September and October. Interior locations like Canyon are inaccessible the during November, December, January, February and March. 2) Change to the price schedule. 2) Extend response date to 9AM MST on January 6, 2020. Can manpower stay in a camp site with Trailer as housing? There may be an option to stay at Canyon while work is completed but there will be no room at other locations. When are they to be done in summer not winter time? Work can be completed at any point during the summer. Preference would be to have work done on warmer days: June 1 through August 30, 2019 How far apart are the locations? Mammoth to Tower - 18.2 miles, Mammoth to Lamar - 50.7 miles, Mammoth to Northeast 64.6 miles, Mammoth to Canyon - 33 miles (map also included with Attachments) Can we have an inspection and sign off as completed the day we finish ? The COR or a NPS representative will confirm completion that day. Can we get a few pictures of the Cabins? These are ranch style homes, some duplexes and 4-plexes. Please specify what type of photos -- duct work, vents, etc. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a base plus two option years for the duct cleaning in residential units in Yellowstone National Park. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) firm-fixed price contract.
