This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2019-03, effective date 06/05/2019. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a firm fixed priced contract for package complete with proper and safe removal and disposal of up to twenty two (22) existing Climatemaster heat pumps. Contractor shall provide, install, calibrate, program, and function test, up to twenty two (22) new Climatemaster heat pumps, all required valves, hoses, fittings, controls, sensors, self-balancing kits, electrical or wiring requirements, and any other associated parts, assemblies, or components required.
