This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price single award IDIQ contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor providing the best value to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1419Q0074. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. Type of Contract: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Task orders issued against the IDIQ will be firm fixed price contracts. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to include a base plus two option years for hazardous tree mitigation at Dinosaur National Monument. The maximum value quantity of this contract is $240,000.00 including options.
