This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2019-01, effective date 01/22/2019. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to include a base plus two option years for roller rentals in Yellowstone National Park. The maximum value quantity of this contract is twelve (12) months rental for two (2) rollers including options. The minimum guarantee quantity is two (2) months for one (1) roller that will satisfy the minimum quantity to be ordered on this contract including options.
