GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2019-01, effective date 01/22/2019. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for the supply of temporary crowd control barriers for the 150th anniversary of the completion of the nation¿s first transcontinental railroad. Complete terms and conditions are included on the following pages. The Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price contract award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation.
