The maximum value quantity of this contract is 1,031,250 gallons including options. Synopsis: This sources sought, in accordance with FAR Part 10, is to conduct Market Research on Industry’s Capabilities in providing Road Striping for the Department of Interior, National Park Service, at Yellowstone National Park. Scope: The contractor shall supply, transport and deliver Pass CRH (chip retention hard) or equal Chip Seal Oil (PA-SS -1 Polymer) and CSS-1H Fogg Seal Oil to Yellowstone National Park. All oil shall be delivered to Yellowstone National Park at a temperature as to not to delay application of the material. NAICS Code - The proposed NAICS Code for this action is 324121 – Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. How to Respond This is a Sources Sought ONLY. The synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited; no basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided other then market research.
