National Park Regions 6, 7, & 8, Relocation Specialist Services Blanket Purchase Agreement This sources sought, in accordance with FAR Part 10, is to conduct market research on industry capability to provide relocation specialist services for the Department of Interior, National Park Service (NPS). This is a Sources Sought ONLY. The synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited; no basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided other then market research. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business, 8(a), or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate based on the responses for this notice. No proposal package, solicitation, specification or drawings are available with this announcement. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought announcement or any follow-up information requests. The Government anticipates conducting a simplified, competitive acquisition for this requirement under FAR part 13 to establish a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition. Misrepresentation of size status can result in penalties (the size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.-see 13 CFR 121.108). Project Description: The purpose of this proposed BPA is to provide relocation specialist services supporting locations throughout the National Park Service's Intermountain Region (Regions 6, 7, & 8). See attached Statement of Need. Project Location: This region includes National Park sites and locations throughout Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Wyoming, and Texas. The Government anticipates award of no more than three (3) firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements. All relevant input is encouraged.
