This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation number is 140P1320R0002, and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 3. The solicitation, provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. 4. The proposed contract is a total small business set-aside. NAICS code: 488911 - Packing and Crating; the associated small business size standard is $30.0 million; Primary Product Service Code is R706: Support - Management: Logistics Support. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by the National Park Service (NPS). 5. Refer to the solicitation bid / price schedule for a list of line items, quantities, and units of measure. 6. The National Park Service (NPS), National Trails (NTIR), is seeking a local contractor to receive, store, distribute, and inventory its publications, including brochures and other printed paper products. This acquisition will utilize a Lowest Price / Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.
