The National Park Service has a requirement to purchase a John Deere Tractor with front loader, backhoe, rotary cutter and front blade for Bandelier National Monument. This is a brand name or equal requirement. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the SAM database. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for SAM registration is www.sam.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and to frequently monitor for any amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. Product must meet a qualification requirement in order to be eligible for award.
