The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to add the following for Epoxy Flooring at Capitol Reef National Park/Fruita and Orchard Dorms IAW Statement of Work. Summary of Changes: Contractors to install ~350 linear feet of 4 inch vinyl cove base along the walls. Color should complement epoxy flooring color. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to cover Basement Floors of the Fruita and Orchard Dorms, 52 West Headquarters Drive, Torrey, UT 84775, located within the employee housing area, with an epoxy fleck commercial coating with epoxy sealer IAW the Statement of Work. The square footage of the basements for both dorms is 1,568 square feet, for a total of 3,136 square feet. No mold abatement is required.
