Overview: This Announcement is provided for information purposes only. This is a Sources Sought Announcement; a market survey for information only to be used for acquisition planning purposes. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The NPS intends to solicit and award a sewage pumping services contract. The proposed project will be competitive, firm-fixed price with a one year base period and four one ( 1) year option periods. The type of set-aside will depend on the capability responses received from this Sources Sought Announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community: Small Business, Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Small business, Section 8(a), HUB-Zone, SDVOSB, WOSB businesses are highly encouraged to participate. Requirement: Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, equipment and services to pump sewage and debris from vault toilets and holding tanks located at Fall River Pass (FRP) in Rocky Mountain National Park. Fall River Pass is located at approximately 11,300 Ft. above sea level and the work is seasonal in nature since the road to access FRP is closed in the winter. Access to the location is subject to heavy visitor traffic. Interested contractors are invited to provide responses to the following questions.
