Remove and replace two central air conditioning condenser units at the Administration Building (park Headquarters) located at Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument 15807 Teller County Road 1 Florissant ,CO 80816. The existing air conditioning units have reached the end of their estimated service life and need to be replaced. The current units are 4 ton units and will be replaced with 4 ton energy star units. The existing ducting throughout the building will remain the same. These are the outside condenser units not the air handlers inside the building. The contractor will perform work necessary to replace the units. Work will include the removal and disposal of the existing units and the installation and connection to existing electrical wiring and plumbing of the new air conditioning condenser units. Contractor will need to insure that the new condenser units will work with the existing air handlers inside the building.
