This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes are requested as described in the attached instructions and a hard-copy written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and in conjunction with FAR Part 13, this combined synopsis/solicitation is posted for the United States Department of the Interior (DOI) Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Acquisition Management Division, Acquisition Operations Branch which is the contracting activity for this acquisition, submitted on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) in Sterling, VA. The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit quotes for Media to Media Conversion services. The objective of this requirement is to obtain services to copy SEG-Y and various G&G files on several types of media to a Universal Serial Bus 3.0 (USB) sold state storage device (SSD). The Period of Performance for this requirement will start September 24, 2019. Offers are due must be received by the Point of Contract (POC) below at the time and place identified in Section 4 of the RFQ. This acquisition is NOT being competed as a small business set-aside.
