Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603(a) and 13.106, the Contracting Officer is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of a State Office Conference Room Repairs... Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603(a) and 13.106, the Contracting Officer is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of a State Office Conference Room Repairs and Upgrades. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number 140L6423Q0029 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation will utilize the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as appropriate for this acquisition. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective June 2, 2023. (iv) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this solicitation is 541990 titled All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a size standard of $19.0 million dollars. (v) See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed requirements (Attachment 1). The pricing schedule to be completed and returned with your quote is provided as a separate document (Attachment 2). Wage Determination 2015-5469 Revision 18 dated December 27, 2022 is hereby incorporated into this combined synopsis/solicitation (Attachment 4). (vi) The services to be acquired through this combined synopsis/solicitation is defined in the SOW (Attachment 1). (vii) Performance location and performance period are detailed in the attached SOW (Attachment 1). FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ¿ Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Potential offerors shall read and comply with all terms and conditions. See Attachment 5 ¿ Addendum FAR 52.212-1 for additional instructions. (viii) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation ¿ Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, see Attachment 5 for detailed evaluation criteria. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technical Acceptable (LPTA) source selection based upon an integrated assessment of Factor 1: Offer and Other Documents, Factor 2: Price Quote. The Government anticipates making one (1) contract award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. (ix)Offerors shall ensure that their Representations and Certifications are up to date in the System for Award Management (SAM) which can be accessed through https://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall ensure that this acquisition NAICS Code of 541990 is listed in FAR 52.212-3, Offeror (x)Representations and Certifications ¿ Commercial Items. Offerors that do not have access to SAM shall print the full FAR Provision 52.212-3 and complete the required entries and include with their quote.
