BADGER DEN WELL The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Arizona State Office (AZSO) is issuing a solicitation for Badger Den Well replacement, located in Graham County, Arizona. The current Badger Den Well has a collapsed casing making it no longer a suitable water source for livestock grazing on the Badger Den Allotment. BLM AZSO is requesting quotations from qualified contractors who can furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials for the construction of a non-portable water supply well. The BLM intends to conduct this acquisition by use of simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. A single contract award will be made to the offeror that submits a quotation that has been determined to be the lowest price reasonable offeror. The RFQ 140L6421Q0027 responses are due no later than Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 10:00 am PST. Questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically to cjordan@blm.gov not later than Friday, July 28, 2021, at 12:00 pm PST. The Government cannot guarantee a response to any questions received after this date/time. This acquisition is a Small Business set-aside under the NAICS Code 237110 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. An offeror determined to be other than a Small Business will be deemed ineligible for award.
