The Bureau of Land Management’s National Historic Trails Interpretive Center in Casper, Wyoming, requires removal and replacement of four heating/cooling system pumps, associated motors, and five Variable Frequency Drives, including disposal, installation, integration with the Johnson Controls Metasys building automation system, and a certified third-party Testing and Balancing process. Contractors must hold transferable journeyman plumbing and electrical licenses and comply with applicable codes. The performance period is 210 days, with a period of performance from 11/01/2026 through 05/31/2027, and required submittals include equipment data, TAB reports, Metasys reports, safety plans, schedules, and O&M documentation.
