The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and disposal services to pump, clean, and disinfect vault toilets, using specialized gear such as a minimum 1,000-gallon septic truck. Services are anticipated at least once annually during the May 15 through October 30 operating season, with additional calls as needed, and must be completed within 72 hours of government notification. The contract term includes one base year beginning September 21, 2026, plus four option years extending through September 20, 2031. Performance will occur at the specified recreation sites managed by the Kemmerer Field Office.
