The Kemmerer Field Office requires vault pumping services at designated remote recreation sites, including pumping, cleaning, disinfecting, and disposal of liquid and solid waste from vault toilets and associated facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, water, transportation, and disposal, using specialized equipment such as a minimum 1,000-gallon septic tank truck or equivalent, vacuum pump, hoses, and cleaning equipment. Services are expected at least annually during the May 15–October 30 operating season, with additional work as needed and completion within 72 hours of Government notification. The anticipated contract is one base year plus four option years, with period of performance from 09/21/2026 through 09/20/2031. Contracting requirements include active SAM registration, compliance with Section 889 clauses, and invoicing/payment through IPP with 30-day prompt pay after delivery, including interim invoices.
