BLM-WY CFO Aluminum Box Culvert This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for an aluminum box culvert that allows fish to pass through in support of the Paint Creek Project for the BLM-WY Cody Field Office. See the attachments for the specifications. Offer must meet or exceed specifications. Delivery Location: Park County Public Works Department Road and Bridge Division Cody District Shop 2816 Highway 120 South Cody, Wyoming 82414 Requested Delivery Date: 01 October 2025 Deliverables will be accepted based on the ability to meet specifications. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov. 2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses. 3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay invoices. 4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 237310 7. Evaluation Criteria provided in FAR clause 52.212-2. Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote: 1. Filled in and signed SF1449 (first pages of solicitation) and any applicable SF30s. 2. Quote valid for 60 days. 3. Product Specification Sheet which should include drawings, a complete specifications sheet and delivery date. 4.
