The contract will be for drilling a livestock water well expected to be 150 into the Sundance Formation. Project will include drilling and casing of one livestock water well at an approximate depth of 150 with options to go up to one and a half times deeper as needed to locate water. Site Visit: Wednesday May 14th,2025 at 8:00 am MST See 52.236-27 Site visit provision below for more information. Please RSVP to Shane Evan at sevans@blm.gov Location of meet up: Casper BLM Office, 2987 Prospector Dr. Casper WY 82604. Will meet at the Field Office then convoy out to the site. High clearance and 4x4 vehicles recommended as the road is rough. Roughly one hour to drive to the site from the Casper Field Office. Questions Due Date: Friday May 16th, 2025 2:00 pm MST Period of Performance: 08/01/2025- 09/30/2025 All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist. Quotations Due Date: Friday May 30th, 2025 at 2:00 pm MST Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM 2. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30-day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay interim invoices. Instructions to Offerors: - Check your SAM registration, this must be current at the time you make your offer. - Please email with any questions you have, prior to the closing date, with enough time to research an answer. - Email your signed quote package to: hle@blm.gov, with the title and solicitation number in the subject line, no later than the closing date.
