This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Include your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number on your quote. - You may put your prices on the SF-1449 form but must also fill out the Bid Schedule. - Include enough description/information in order to determine technical acceptability. Include place of manufacturer, SAM unique entity identifier (UEI), and delivery date. Quotes must be valid for 60 days. Send quotes and supporting documents to bwbell@blm.gov before the closing date. This is a solicitation for janitorial services at the Buffalo Field Office located in Buffalo, WY. The resulting award is planned to be issued in January with a desired start date of February 1, 2025. It consists of 1 base year, and 3 option years. Please monitor this site and follow the solicitation for announcements and changes. Short Description: Main duties will be performed 3 times per week (Mon, Wed, Fri). There are also separate duties to be performed weekly, monthly, twice yearly, yearly, and periodically. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) IS POSTED IN ATTACHMENTS. Please, read this thoroughly for complete details. Also, see the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Task Checklist, and Frequency of Operations in attachments. All Daily, Weekly, and Monthly services will be performed between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. so as not to interfere with normal working hours of the building occupants. Annual and semi-annual services may be scheduled for the weekends, upon approval by the COR. Federal holidays: The Contractor is not required to provide services on observed holidays. Primary facility at 1425 Fort St. is a one floor building, approximately 18,000 sq ft (3,000 hard floor, 15,000 carpeted). This includes office space, restrooms and locker rooms. An additional modular building one block away consists of 2,100 sq ft of office space, a break room, and a bathroom. Floor plans are attached. Prebid site visit: A hosted pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for December 19th, 2024, at 9:00AM.
