The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily pump and clean out the vaults in vault toilets at the recreation sites Services will be requested during the period as needed between the timeframe of May 15 through October 30, each year. The Contractor shall complete pumping within 72 hours after receiving a request from an authorized Government Representative.
