BLM-WY WORLAND STOCKWATER PIPELINE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for 28,000 feet of 1 ½ in. HDPE pipe suitable for Potable Water, Geothermal, Reclaim Water, Intake Water, Raw Water and Wastewater to support stockwater pipelines at the Worland Field Off ice. See the Attachments for the specifications. Offer must meet or exceed specifications. Delivery Location: 4162 Gooseberry Creek Rd Worland, WY 82401 Deliverables will be accepted based on the ability to meet specifications. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov. 2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses. 3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay aft er delivery. We can accept and pay invoices. 4.
